EastMallBuy shipping, and Sugargoo's published lines

EastMallBuy markets low-cost freight, yet its own FAQ discusses why some users see higher shipping rates — worth reading before trusting any estimate. KakoGuide also notes the lost-parcel case where the shipping fee wasn't refunded. Sugargoo's insurance terms cover returns and losses you didn't cause, at 1–4% of the insured value, and its refund policy sets deadlines with compensation coupons if they're missed.

For EU and US buyers the bigger difference is published lines. Sugargoo names tax-included EU lines and a clothing-only US line with delivery windows; EastMallBuy's are less documented, so ask in writing whether VAT or duty is included on any line it quotes.

A safe first order at EastMallBuy

What doesn't make sense is moving a large balance or a big haul to an agent with almost no public track record.
