When and how did CNFans shut down?

The closure came in two steps, and the first one is why many CNFans spreadsheets broke months before the site went quiet.

CNFans was enormous while it lasted: 13,294 Trustpilot reviews at 4.1/5, and "cnfans spreadsheet" is still one of the most-searched agent phrases months after the closure. That's why so many TikTok and Discord sheets are full of its links — and why so many people are now holding a spreadsheet that points nowhere.

Verdict: Don't top up or open a new order at CNFans. Treat the spreadsheet as a list of item IDs and move them.

How do you move CNFans links to Sugargoo?

A CNFans link is a wrapper. The two parts that matter are the platform (shop_type=weidian, taobao or ali_1688) and the item number after id=. From those you can rebuild the listing Sugargoo understands:

1. Copy the whole CNFans link column from your spreadsheet.
2. Paste it into the link converter. It reads the platform and ID on every line and returns the original listing links in the same order, leaving a blank where a line can't be read.
3. Paste the result back into a new column, so the sheet keeps working if you change agents again.
4. Open each original link in Sugargoo's search bar. If Sugargoo doesn't recognise one, use its DIY Order form with the shop name, price and a remark for size and colour.

Verdict: Converting takes seconds per column. Checking that each listing still exists is the slow part, so do the items you actually want first.

Why some converted rows still won't open

A converted link only helps if the seller still lists the item. After eight months, expect some rows to fail for reasons that have nothing to do with CNFans:

• Deleted listings. Weidian sellers relist often, especially after a batch sells out. The old ID then opens an empty page.
• Changed prices. A yuan price from a 2025 sheet is rarely today's, so treat sheet prices as a rough guide.
• Variant confusion. Creator sheets often link one listing for a whole range; note the colour or print you wanted before you open it.

If a listing has gone, search the seller's shop for the same item by photo, or check whether it's in the catalog behind this site, which is re-checked monthly. The cards on this page are all live Weidian listings as of this month.

What about orders and money left at CNFans?

If you had items sitting in CNFans's warehouse when it stopped, a Sugargoo spreadsheet can't bring them back — only CNFans's own support could. What you can do is document everything: screenshot orders, parcel statuses and your balance, and keep copies of any messages. If you paid by card or PayPal recently, check whether your provider's dispute window is still open.

For future orders the lesson is simple and applies to Sugargoo too: don't leave a large balance sitting with any agent. Sugargoo for former CNFans users

Verdict: A CNFans spreadsheet converts cleanly to Sugargoo. The one thing you lose is CNFans's network of creator links, and that had already ended in January.
